Once we receive your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account within 5 or 7 working days after returned product is received and approved by the Seller. Kindly note that this refund and return policy is applicable only for 7 days which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@eolomarket.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For damaged/ defective items, the seller will issue a refund only if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

You are advised to inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make amendments as soon as possible.



We would like to clarify that certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants, edibles), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) as well as products that are difficult to resanitize after use. Returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases will not be accepted. You may get in touch regarding questions or concerns about specific items.



You will be notified once your item is received and inspected. Thereafter, you shall also be informed if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Kindly note, it may take considerable amount of time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
